Vision

This institution has four main objectives and they are as follows:

1. Teaching/teaching knowledge of the Islamic religion and placing it in the Islamic society.
2. Preparing teachers of the Islamic religion with teaching skills in different academic levels.
3. Nurturing and developing young Muslims in good upbringing and behavior, which are the ways left to us by our founders.
4. To teach the youth the importance of protecting, respecting, and developing the Peace that exists within the institution, in the community and the country as a whole.

In order to be able to fulfill these goals, the institution finds itself having to be able to get rid of itself economically in improving its goals. At the moment, there are only 939 students at the headquarters of the institution. Also, due to the few donations we receive from teachers and leaders, they are forced to do voluntary work for 80%. Therefore, we are asking to find Muslims who will volunteer to support the costs of running the institution, such as allowances for teachers, leaders, office equipment (stationery), and various other needs. These costs have not been able to be planned because we do not have sponsors to pay them.

Due to the students who come to study in our institution, most of them their families are not able. Thus, the institution does not charge payment fees for those students. This has become a challenge for institutions to provide food service to their students.

The institution also faces the following challenges:

1. There are no student dormitories; the existing rooms do not meet the relevant requirements.
2. Lack of classrooms for students.
3. Lack of subsistence allowances for teachers.
4. Lack of food for students; they are currently helping themselves, which is beyond their control.
5. The dilapidation of the existing buildings, including the mosque, requires urgent repairs to prevent the dilapidation from continuing.

The institution hopes to have the economic capacity to meet its needs, solve existing challenges, and receive more students.

Mission

The Mission for the institution are the following:

1. Teaching young Muslims, men and women, every day.
2. To manage and ensure that all its at least 100 branches continue to receive education at the appropriate level, discipline, and the best efficiency/understanding.
3. To produce more teachers to be able to achieve the goals of spreading the knowledge of the Islamic religion inside and outside the country.

Relationship

This institution is religious and respects and obeys the existing administrative authorities and will continue to do so in accordance with the Sharia laws and respect the constitution of the united republic of Tanzania. It also has good relations and cooperates with other religious and non-religious institutions as long as they do not disturb the existing peace in the institution, society and the country in general and do not go against the religious law and the law of the country. It also respects and lives well with society in accordance with existing laws and not breaking the laws of the country.
