Based on the shortage of student dormitories, the Institute and the college have started a project to build a student dormitory that will have eighty (80) bedrooms when it is completed.

If this project is completed, the problem of bedrooms will be gone because the college will have the capacity to accommodate more than 3000 students.

This project will cost the amount of Tanzanian money Six Billion Four Hundred Fifty One Hundred Five Thousand Sixty Four Hundred Five Eighty Eight and Sixty Five Cents (Tshs. 6, 451,564,588.65) until completion but according to the existing high cost and the need for the need for a large dormitory for students The institute and the college have divided this project into four main phases
